What we do
- Write descriptive alternative text for product and content images
- Maintain colour contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA on text and controls
- Keep the whole site operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
- Use clear headings, labelled form fields and meaningful link text
- Review new pages and features for accessibility before they go live
Known limitations
Some content on our site is supplied by third parties — embedded social feeds, review widgets and payment providers — and we do not control their code. Where we find an accessibility barrier in third-party content, we raise it with the provider and look for an accessible alternative.
